Navigate to Aircraft Management

From your dashboard, click on Aircraft in the main navigation menu, then select Add Aircraft.

Enter Aircraft Details

Fill in the required information:

• Registration Number - The aircraft's tail number (e.g., N12345)
• Aircraft Type - Select from B737, A320, etc.
• Serial Number - Manufacturer's serial number
• Total Flight Hours - Current accumulated hours

Add Components

After adding the aircraft, you can add individual components like engines, APU, landing gear, etc. Each component can have its own maintenance history and health tracking.

Start Monitoring

Once set up, the AI will begin analyzing your aircraft data and generating health predictions within 24-48 hours.

Configure AMOS Export

In AMOS, set up scheduled data exports for:

• Aircraft master data
• Component data and part numbers
• Work orders and maintenance history
• Defect reports (if available)

Set Up SFTP Connection

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → AMOS and enter:

• SFTP Host address
• Port (usually 22)
• Username and password/key
• Remote directory path

Map Data Fields

Use the field mapping tool to match AMOS fields with Trakt's data model. Common mappings include aircraft registration, part numbers, and work order types.

Test & Activate

Run a test sync to verify data is flowing correctly, then activate the integration for automatic scheduled syncs.
